Very happy. I placed the order on Sunday evening and received it on Wednesday noon in a large box. The hat matches the description with an additional bag for transport.

I ordered a cap on 06/17/21 and received it on 06/21/21. The product meets my expectations and nothing to declare upon delivery. I recommend it to anyone looking for a cap or a hat.

Everything was perfect, the item is of good quality, the package perfectly wrapped, safe. The delivery was punctual and precise and the items are often Made In France, which is what I look for first, think about sizes 60/61 for certain items, like the shiny Bob that I would have liked to own. Finally, everything is perfect.

I am disappointed because I only received part of my order without being informed and I do not know if it is due to an error or an oversight: I received the hat but not the telescopic walking stick

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Good evening
We normally sent with the hat a packing list indicating that the stick is yet to be delivered.
We will keep you informed at the beginning of next week for the delivery of the trekking stick.
Remaining at your disposal
Best regards
Traclet Sébastien
