I placed an order on April 28 for delivery within 2 weeks (according to the Traclet site). I received the order on June 18. So for a delivery within 2 weeks, it took more than 7 weeks to receive my order. Not reliable. No excuse or understanding from the after-sales service.

Too bad we didn't have time to customize the walking stick.
So, I took care of it and the rest was just perfect

I received the cap; but it is not the cap I ordered and paid 49.99 plus shipping fees. Received cap; Olive mosquito-repellent neck cover Hatland. 39.99 euros. Ordered cap; Janou UPF50 + Khaki neck cover Hatland 49.99 euros.

There was a problem with the hat I received. I contacted the TRACLET hat shop and they were very responsive and sent me another hat. So a serious company. I recommend

Fast delivery, careful packaging. Pleasant navigation on the site, especially with the ability to know immediately the availability of the product based on the chosen size without having to wait for order validation. Only small flaw: the size selection does not always work on the first click: be sure to check that the selected size is correct before ordering.
