Ordered a Stetson Main Tweed cap for a Christmas gift. Impeccable service. Well-packaged parcel, received on the indicated dates with regular tracking. A size issue when taking the recommended one below... Too bad, as I had to return (at my expense) the parcel for an exchange to the correct size. Fortunately, the email exchanges are responsive and clear, and the new shipment could be made very quickly and directly to the address of the person who was to receive the gift. This is not the first time I have ordered and I am generally very satisfied.
