Very good reception on the phone following a request for information about the preparation of the package for sending a hat to Reunion (DOM). Quick and efficient processing of the order. I recommend Traclet!

Indeed, I had tried to contact the hat shop by email but I was not getting a response, as I still had not received the hat and the money had been withdrawn from my account for a long time (order placed almost 1 month before).
I had to intervene by threatening to make a formal notice if there was no response within 8 days. The next day I received one where they told me it was a mistake. They had sent me a screenshot of an order but from another person. On the same day, I received another email from them saying that my order had been shipped and that it would arrive in 4 days: which indeed happened.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Thank you for your comment.
We will recheck upon arrival but when sent, the hat measured 60cm.
What hat do you have in size 60 cm for comparison?
Remaining at your disposal
Best regards
Traclet Sébastien.
