A certain service offer but I had to look for the answer each time, until the last person who took care of me. Thank you for allowing the purchase to go through but buying remotely is not easy for a pair of gloves (with a very limited choice)

Very good, very easy to access site, layout is very clear, I didn't have to contact customer service, the order placed suits me (beret), now I will think of you for my future headwear, the prices are reasonable for a French house and I prefer items made in France.

2 strange things:
In my order, it is specified that I would have to wait because there are supply difficulties... I asked by email for explanations, an idea of the new deadline... no response!!!!
And yet within 48 hours I was notified that my order was shipped and I could track my package!!
On the announced day of receiving my package at a Relay point, I received a text message saying that my package was blocked because I had customs fees to pay and I was invited to connect to a website.... I did not respond to this text which was a scam..... I received my package without any issues
BUT HOW DID THEY GET MY NUMBER??????????????

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Several strange things.
On our side, we sent an email following yours on April 20, 2021.
The post office sent you two emails on April 22, 2021, which you opened.
The phone number was indeed communicated to us as well as to the post office, you indicated it both during the order and on the post office's website.
Remaining at your disposal.
Best regards
Traclet
