Wide choice
I had returned a Stetson leather cap after several purchases at Traclet... sent for repair because the top button had fallen off... never got a response... cap never recovered... radio silence from Traclet. Very disappointed... I loved this cap. And yet, despite everything... as a loyal customer I just placed another order. Everything is fine... I hope never to need any other customer service regarding the other hats or caps purchased on this company's site. Why did I return despite this. Choice, advice, and precise description of the product online.
