Good evening, I have never been disappointed until now but here I am buying a chapka for my partner and it turns out to be made in China instead of Poland (original root) with rabbit fur that is shedding a lot as well as the leather that is supposed to be goat suede but is not!! I ordered this cap for 40 euros, they sent me a nearly similar model for 26 euros... after complaining, Traclet asked me to return the cap without offering any commercial gesture as an apology... I requested a refund which I received without shipping costs! I have therefore lost time and money with this site which has lost its seriousness over time!

Yes, there is information that we will add to better explain the double cork colonial hat.
Ten years ago, our manufacturer made this model entirely lined with cork, but since then he has stopped production partly because during manufacturing the cork broke and thus the hat was unsellable.
But above all, the cork after a few months of use due to temperature changes broke and became without cork lining.
However, the model has continued but without this complete lining and simply with the band added to the inside of the hat to adjust the size and improve ventilation.
This differentiates it from the classic straw colonial hat.

Very disappointed! I ordered a S/M hat, usually the S fits me very well. The same with 2 reducers, still too big. No commercial gesture on the shipping or return resulting in nearly 15€ lost for ultimately having nothing! Really disappointed!!!!
I ordered 3 items. The hat received is not the right color (I ordered beige, I received chocolate. The fan has a defect in the printing of the patterns in the middle; it was for a gift, I lost 21 euros and have to find something else ... only the cap corresponds to the order. I would like to return but I have to pay ...
The site is pretty, the hat was very unpleasant.
