The size of the hat is large...
The color of the ribbon around the hat does not match the image which is white but in reality is a khaki/light beige. Also, the belt on the hat, the leather looks much darker and almost black in the image but in reality, it is brown.
Well-made and easy-to-use site, perfection would be to be able to favorite future purchases and improve the purchase history so we can access the purchased models.

3 stars and not 5 because while the hat is beautiful, it arrived after 3 weeks. It should be specified on the site that some products are 'out of stock' at the time of ordering and not after the purchase. Aside from this detail about the delay, the hat is compliant, of good quality and very beautiful.

Hello, product quality ok, fast shipping, nothing to complain about, a small exception: my head size 60, so I ordered 60cm, cap too big so had to go through the 'sewing' case...
The promise of fast delivery is a lure. I had to call to know the delays... the product was awaiting restocking. To get the products I needed, I had to modify my order.
On the seller's site, the hat I ordered supposedly came from Italy. However, when I received it, surprisingly, it is made in CHINA. Moreover, it is a size 58 and I needed a 56 head size, there you go!
Beautiful hat but a 2-month delay to receive it...
Very fast and careful shipping. Large selection. The only downside: the cotton beanie article is smaller than expected for a 'one size fits all'. The photograph of the article worn is not realistic on an 'adult head'; the beanie is neither as large nor as stretchy as it appears in the photo.
A bit light and not very warm., the waterproofing has not yet been tested.

The hat seems to be of good quality, but my disappointment is not there. I have a 61cm head circumference, but I read in your comments that the hat runs small. I took the trouble to call your company, and your salesperson encouraged me to take the size above... That's what I did, but when the hat arrived very quickly, I realized that it is at least one size too big. I call again, and I am told that if I can fit a finger between the hat and my head, it's one size too big; I am therefore about to return the item, except that the return costs are at my expense, while you are the source of the error... This is not very commercial on your part... I have no choice, but if you do not make a gesture, I will not return to you and will give you the publicity you deserve. Best regards. I have not

If I advised you this size, it is because based on the information given, I know that this hat runs small and that we have been advising in our hat shop since 1880 to take a size above.
If the size communicated during our first phone conversation does not match what we actually have, there may be an error.
To avoid any problems, please let us know during your return, and we will offer you a hat brush worth 10 euros.

For each product, there is only one photo. I ordered a hat that did not fit me at all, and therefore I wanted to return it. Not possible to do so from my phone. Not possible to download the return slip. It cost me 8.64 euros to return it by Colissimo, and so I have no hat, and it cost me 8.65 euros. Not satisfied at all.

I am very disappointed with the suspenders received! On your site, it is noted that the width of the suspenders is 5cm. In fact, they are only 3.5 cm like all the others! It was for my husband's birthday; he is going to be disappointed. However, the colors are nice.

Moderately satisfied. I wear size 56, I have a hat size 57. It floats when I shake my head. The same one bought from one of your competitors is thicker and is the requested size.
Order tracking is not optimal
Beautiful quality chapka but received after the holidays!!!! When I placed the order, nothing was specified regarding the availability of the product... Size a bit tight...
Dissatisfaction related to delivery, see below.
Satisfactory order and shipping, but deplorable delivery
20 days after the order, the delivered model is not the one ordered without any explanation. Following an email, I was told: "The Biarritz model is the same model as the Basica that was delivered to us in order to ship before Christmas." It may be equivalent but it is not identical and it is not the one chosen. I could have been asked for my opinion beforehand...
We apologize for this inconvenience.
The explanation is that currently the carrier delivering the basica is on strike and our packages have been blocked for 10 days on a platform.
We will have our packages only at the end of the week or early January.
In order for everyone to receive gifts before Christmas; we sent the Biarritz model. Which is of the same quality but with a different logo.
If this is not suitable, we can send you the correct beret with a good return as soon as we receive them.
