Nice split goat leather (refined) of great quality, soft but holds its shape well. Exceptional manufacturing quality, especially with these high-end Stetson models made in Germany, superior to models made in Eastern Europe and China. A dark natural brown color with a long visor in

style that I really like, quite rare in the Autumn Winter models. Size just to measure (Stetson is often a bit larger than the specified size, but not on this model). Personally, I like to apply a bit of leather care balm (Renapur) as soon as I receive it, which darkens the color a bit but gives a more satin finish to the leather; in any case, the balm is essential for regular maintenance afterwards. Overall satisfied with my purchase, it is an investment, it is a product made to last a long time if well maintained.
