Very serious site fast delivery

Nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect. Indeed, I ordered a nice ivory tambourine, but when placing my order I mistakenly chose the wrong color. I called the next day to report my mistake and the gentleman who answered kindly told me that he would retrieve my package which was about to be sent to the post office to change it for me. Very professional, thank you sir. I would reorder without any problem.

I was looking for country style Texas hats. I had the ambition of a Stetson but not my size. So I took the country model made by Traclet and I am delighted. It's the model I wanted and its quality is good, it's real sturdy felt that I have of course waterproofed.

Normal, nothing to report. The manufacturing was French and not Basque-Spanish as indicated. That's good, but what about traceability..
