The information on shipping is good, except at the end: the post did not respect the announced delivery slot, and no way to contact them.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 05/07/2019

Hello
Thank you for letting us know your expectations for this bucket hat at 18 euros made of 100% cotton, tailored and with metal eyelets on each side.
We have a photo of this bucket hat that is not necessarily well presented.
Thank you for helping us better understand your comment.
As for the delay, you ordered on Thursday, June 27 at 4 PM. The package was sent out on Friday, June 28. It was delivered to you on Monday, July 1 because, as indicated, delivery takes 2-3 business days since the post does not deliver everywhere on Sundays.
Thank you for your feedback.
Best regards
Traclet

I bought a Tilley hat at Chapelerie Traclet 7 years ago. Given its wear, I requested the lifetime warranty offered by Tilley. It took a little time, but without me needing to follow up, a new hat was delivered to me for free (7 Eur shipping fee). That's serious!
