A lazy and dishonest seller. Unable to meet a delivery deadline. 4 weeks after my order I still haven't received anything and I see that my package still hasn't left France... Very disappointed! I ordered a S/M hat, usually the S fits me very well. The same with 2 reducers, still too big. No commercial gesture on the shipping or return resulting in nearly 15€ lost for ultimately having nothing! Really disappointed!!!!
I ordered 3 items. The hat received is not the right color (I ordered beige, I received chocolate. The fan has a defect in the printing of the patterns in the middle; it was for a gift, I lost 21 euros and have to find something else ... only the cap corresponds to the order. I would like to return but I have to pay ...
The site is pretty, the hat was very unpleasant.

Order placed on 15/11/22, received on 04/01/23. Announced delay 2 to 3 weeks... I sent a message twice, the Traclet house never bothered to respond. Moreover, the item has no label, neither the manufacturer's name nor washing instructions. I am absolutely convinced that there was one, there is a trace and moreover there was a piece of thread that was used to attach this label!!! The worst part is that when this label was removed, there was a little unfortunate scissor cut.

This type of hat fits well for a head circumference of 55 to 59 cm
What size do you wear?

To wear this hat, you need to have 2 heads
this model of hat fits for a head circumference of 55 to 61 cm as it is elastic.
However, it sinks a lot on the head (almost covers the ears)
Otherwise, we have model 2412 which has a less deep and less wide shape.
It is of course possible to change it.
