It is Tuesday evening more precisely 8:49pm still nothing. What do you want me to say! In your opinion, what do you deserve? 5 stars or a Blame. It's up to you!!!

At the time of ordering, a delay of 5 weeks was expected. After 10 weeks, and without any communication from customer service, I question this 'customer service'. And there, as if by magic, my order is sent the very next day! This is therefore a clear lack of seriousness.

It has a weird shape on one side, it's not circular

Order placed on 15/11/22, received on 04/01/23. Announced delay 2 to 3 weeks... I sent a message twice, the Traclet house never bothered to respond. Moreover, the item has no label, neither the manufacturer's name nor washing instructions. I am absolutely convinced that there was one, there is a trace and moreover there was a piece of thread that was used to attach this label!!! The worst part is that when this label was removed, there was a little unfortunate scissor cut.

Hat never received, no responses to emails!!!!

The inner ribbon of the hat is sewn with white thread (while the hat is straw-colored!). This white stitching, which does not even follow the oval of the hat, is very visible on the outside of the hat as shown in the photos I sent you. It is a defect. Please let me know how you could correct it: the stitching needs to be redone with straw-colored thread that should not be visible from the outside. Without this defect that makes it unwearable, I would really like this straw hat.

After a first order that I was satisfied with, I decided to buy a second hat for my husband. It arrived with a defect: a hole in the weaving of the fibers. I sent an email to which I received a very quick first response saying that Traclet would address the issue and send me a new hat. Since then, nothing despite 2 follow-up emails and attempts to call without response. In short, I feel cheated. If you want a customer service worthy of the name, look elsewhere. It's a shame because I was quite happy with my first order.

Woodworm hole in the wood, deplorable leather finish, missing staples on the heel leather, after two days of wearing the clogs the soles came off. I advise you to do a quality check before sending a product. Stay a neighborhood hat maker: do not venture into e-commerce if you do not have the skills. Ultimately, I ordered new clogs from a French clog maker, impeccable quality at €55. If for you French know-how means something: do a quality check on the products you sell.

The ordered product does not match the photo on the site

I ordered 2 hats at a unit price of 90 euros because it was specified on the site that this hat was made in Canada (I could understand the price). To my great displeasure, these hats are also made in China (it was specified for other models but not this one)... but designed in Canada. This is misleading information, shame on the TILLEY brand and those who endorse and sell these hats. I am really angry and will not recommend either on this site or Tilley items.
