20 days after the order, the delivered model is not the one ordered without any explanation. Following an email, I was told: "The Biarritz model is the same model as the Basica that was delivered to us in order to ship before Christmas." It may be equivalent but it is not identical and it is not the one chosen. I could have been asked for my opinion beforehand...

Here is what I can tell you about my purchase. I ordered a navy blue headband Haute Savoie that I received according to this order but the hat was supposed to be navy blue with Haute Savoie embroidery as well but I received a white hat. I will keep it to give as a gift but I regret this mistake.

The presentation photos on the site do not show that the underside of the brim is dark khaki. Too bad, I probably wouldn't have chosen this model if I had known about this particularity

One size for this toque = way too tight for my poor head and my ears!!! If you have a trick to enlarge the hat, I am interested. Other than that (but it's VERY important), it is pretty and warm. I think I will give it as a gift...

The photo of the cap on the site shows 8 sectors of equivalent color. The delivered cap includes 2 panels of different colors (placed symmetrically, certainly, but not nice at all according to my tastes)

The 'Head Reducer' arrived in two days. A small strip of soft fabric surrounding foam. The installation is not obvious even with the video that does not cover all situations. Product reducing the hat size by 1.5 pt, effective therefore, but tricky with double-sided tape. Personally, I had the band sewn. Count 15€ with shipping.
