The 'Head Reducer' arrived in two days. A small strip of soft fabric surrounding foam. The installation is not obvious even with the video that does not cover all situations. Product reducing the hat size by 1.5 pt, effective therefore, but tricky with double-sided tape. Personally, I had the band sewn. Count 15€ with shipping.

Nothing to complain about the site itself. I have something to say about the size of the received products which are too small. This is the second time this has happened. The first time it was a gift that was given to me - a winter cap in size 63 - which corresponded at most to size 61. Therefore, I never wore it. This time I ordered a cap - Le Coteau - supposedly size 64 and it measures 61.5. The second - flat cap Brit cotton - is an XXL which, according to the size chart on the Traclet site, should go up to 63. It also measures 61.5 cm.
