Perfect package but a last-minute change of address for the collection point was a bit annoying. Moreover, I find that the tracking number of the package is not easy to find on the site, and I therefore remained uncertain for a while whether my package would arrive before Christmas. As for the product, it was perfectly compliant and the indications regarding sizes ('Stetson is one size larger than normal') were very accurate and helped me not to make a mistake.
