The ordered hat is in accordance with the description on the site. It is of very good quality, nothing to complain about on that side. The site deserves to be improved, certainly, it presents the items well but back and forth are necessary to select several items before making a choice (I put the selected items in the cart and after making my choice I deleted the others) I do not regret my purchase and I recommend this merchant.
Package still not delivered. More than 2 weeks... The delivery person didn't even ring the doorbell!

Disappointed with the item and the quality/price ratio

Small defect on the received hat
The site is good and the hats are not bad but the delivery was extended and the customer service is beating around the bush without helping me.
Nice site, it would be good to be able to filter by multiple criteria. Several shapes of hats at the same time for example or several materials at the same time
Returning a product for exchange, in case of error or disappointment due to color, is at the customer's expense. The only solution is sending by post, no relay points possible, so additional cost... Too bad. I give up my return and will settle for the color received...

Cap of quite good quality. The delivery time and communication are, however, major weaknesses.
Very long delivery time, without any news in the meantime (I had to follow up after more than 3 weeks of waiting). But very beautiful hat.
The straw of the hat is very rigid, a hard plastic effect. A bit disappointed therefore but the finishes are not bad.
2 and a half months of waiting!!! Much, much too long.
Please excuse us for this manufacturing delay, for a cap in size 64 cm our manufacturer had a delay in making it. We hope, however, that its quality and its quite exceptional size will quickly make you forget this delay.

Fast shipping... Good model of hat but wrong color... ^^ It's a bit flashy white but we'll manage... No time to make a return...
The delivery was quick, but the post office messed everything up. I am not very satisfied with the ordered hat, it is extremely stiff, no comfort. Yet I did not buy a low-end model...
Problems with delivery. Display "restocking in progress" for several weeks. However, following a complaint, customer service responded quickly, so very well. Finally received the ordered hat after almost a month.

The specified name for the delivery address was not respected; fortunately, the person had a proxy and was able to pick up the package at the post office. When ordering, in the comments section, I added that it was a birthday gift for my mother; the irony is that it is the text I wrote for your information that was printed and included in the package. Finally, ordering from a store dedicated to hat making, we expect packaging other than the polluting and impersonal plastic. In short, I see no difference between ordering from you (by choice) or ordering from Amazon where, in the end, I would not have paid shipping fees or had an error regarding the recipient's name.
Too long delay
Item supposedly available in 15 days, it was for a gift. Result delivered a month after the order. Obviously, I could not give it in time.
The material and design of the hat seem qualitative; however, I ordered a hat in size M, and the one I received corresponds more to a size L after measuring on my part (despite the fact that it is labeled M). I have therefore contacted the site to have it replaced; I have been without a response for several days, and I hope this comment will attract the attention of the staff managing after-sales service...

Disappointed by the very average quality of the cap
Ordered a specific model of hat that I had liked in the past, very happy to see it back in stock. The hat is not the same. The cut and materials have changed (not the same velvet, nor the same color, and the inner lining is now very cheap). I would have liked these changes in the model to be specified on the site.
My order does not match my needs; I made a mistake in size. You ask me to return the package, but for that, I need to go to the post office, and I can no longer travel that distance because I no longer drive due to two strokes; what to do?
