Good products. However, a remark regarding email contact: 1/ I did not receive an email when the product was available again 2/ upon receipt, I asked a question to which I did not receive a response (how to fix the slightly warped edges of the hat due to transport).

Traclet is a very good online shop. If I ever need a new hat, I will come back to you. Delivery very fast. The site is presented in a really clear and easy to navigate way. There is plenty of information on each product, which makes the experience even easier. I am totally satisfied.

Very good except for the size choices which are often (too) in 2s. M for 56/57 cm for example. Less choice, but all sizes! For me, it's the 56cm that fits perfectly. Best regards

Order of two Stetson caps. Fast shipping and careful packaging. In the package were a return form and even a pen to fill out the form in case the products did not suit me. The service as well as the products are excellent. I would order again from Traclet.
