Navigation on the site is great but very disappointed with the product the clip buttons that supposedly allow not to have to sew buttons on the pants to wear suspenders are useless and after just two hours of installing them on a vintage jean I have already reclipped them 10 times it is clear that this is not reliable too bad it was a nice promise but a lie As for the suspenders they are very beautiful and more importantly made in France
we have been selling these buttons for suspenders for several years and we have not had any issues.
We have taken your comments into account, we will see with our manufacturer the improvements we can make on these clips to avoid issues.
We would have appreciated a call to discuss this issue especially since we have already communicated about these clips.

Beautiful beret but the description is misleading. - the beret does not have 10% cashmere, the inner label says "100% wool". - the diameter is not 30 but 27 cm! This is not the same product!

Incorrect product delivered and delayed; bad faith and partial refund.
We initially delivered the wrong product, so we sent you a second shipment with the correct product that you returned to us.
To confirm that the second product was compliant, we took a photo of the second product delivered with the product and a caliper to confirm the diameter and a second photo showing the foot mounted on a cane.
We acknowledge the first erroneous delivery, but for the second, it is indeed the correct product with the right dimensions. Moreover, this foot was also sold in the store in Roanne with the person in the store where we placed the foot on their cane.

Ordered the reversible Docker hat Baia in 59..received it well...but it actually corresponds to size 57...I ordered it for my son and now his mother will have to wear it!!
For the Baia hat, if there is a size issue, it is certainly possible to exchange it as it also exists in size 61cm.
It is therefore possible to exchange it if it is too small in size 59cm.

The inside of the beret is labeled Basque beret but the dimensions indeed make it a mountain hunter's beret.

I received the beret in a simple envelope folded in two. I am really disappointed, I really can't see myself giving it as a gift like that! I should have followed my first impression and bought it on Amazon, at least there, presentation matters, the beret is in a cardboard box, the minimum!
The Flechet Basque beret at 15 euros is sent in a simple envelope because this model is not sold by the brand in a box.
Such a beret cannot be sent in a box that will take more packaging than the product.
We do have berets with boxes that are noted but unfortunately not this model.
We have taken your message into account and we will see if we can improve the packaging of this model.
