Is the beret sent approximately 33 cm? Please let us know the diameter you received.
The inside of the beret is labeled Basque beret but the dimensions indeed make it a mountain hunter's beret.

I received the beret in a simple envelope folded in two. I am really disappointed, I really can't see myself giving it as a gift like that! I should have followed my first impression and bought it on Amazon, at least there, presentation matters, the beret is in a cardboard box, the minimum!
The Flechet Basque beret at 15 euros is sent in a simple envelope because this model is not sold by the brand in a box.
Such a beret cannot be sent in a box that will take more packaging than the product.
We do have berets with boxes that are noted but unfortunately not this model.
We have taken your message into account and we will see if we can improve the packaging of this model.

I am very disappointed with the trilby model I just received. It fits poorly, is not provided with reducers, and is way too high. I did not order a top hat! I do not recommend this model from this supplier.
For the wedges in lines, yes we do not provide them during shipping but we send them for free if the hat is a bit large.
We are also disappointed that the information on the height of the crown was not seen because as noted on the product sheet, this model has a crown of 10 cm.
It is certainly possible to return the item if you do not like it.

I received a cap that is clearly not the right size despite choosing the correct dimension. Indeed, this is already the 3rd time I buy the same product in a few years (this cap, due to its material and color, does not tolerate UV well, I was warned in the store where I went at the time of the first purchase but they did not have it in stock last time and did not know when it would be restocked). The store I used to go to clearly advised me to try online. And this is the only site where I found the same model for a higher price not to mention shipping costs and finally, the size (55cm) is no longer indicated inside as I was used to but an S for small. Unusable product because it measures at least 56cm (yes, I have a small head). I am extremely disappointed to have been left 7 weeks without headwear rather than 3 or 4 as stated on the page and moreover, to receive a product that does not fit. Best regards.

I placed an order on April 28 for delivery within 2 weeks (according to the Traclet site). I received the order on June 18. So for a delivery within 2 weeks, it took more than 7 weeks to receive my order. Not reliable. No excuse or understanding from the after-sales service.

I placed an order for a Gavroche style cap, order made on 06/04/21, the site indicates delivery between 48h and 72h. To date, I have been debited for my item but have received no news or delivery.
