The product is of good quality, conforms to the photos, fast delivery. The only problem is that I am bald and the size guide is made for heads with hair. So the one I ordered is too big for me.
Nothing to report regarding the product. However, the delivery by Colissimo was quite deplorable. 48h max announced for delivery, the package tracking indicated delivery on Friday, then stated "delivery at the earliest". Later on Saturday morning, the tracking indicated "delivery Monday" but ultimately the delivery took place Saturday afternoon. Deplorable and not professional at all.
I ordered a beanie, it arrived on time, that is to say very quickly. However, disappointment upon receipt as there is no label indicating French origin, nor washing instructions. No label at all, the invoice does not indicate any address. I am almost wondering if this is not a scam, a beanie that I could have gotten for €6 on Amazon!

For now, I haven't had any luck, I should have taken a screenshot of my order... the model and size being incorrect... the return will be at my expense.. and I am certain of my order for a brown herringbone Irish cap (as stated on the order form) in size 59 L... and I receive a Chinese one in XXL... the return costs at my expense... I am frustrated... I don't have PayPal... I hope to receive my ordered cap, crossing my fingers that there won't be endless delays... Thank you in advance...
Nice hats, size not perfect.
I usually take 58 in hats! Too big! I am returning it! For a smaller one! They are charging me for shipping! Not nice!
Problems with returning the hat due to the size not being suitable. Insufficient return information. Hat poorly protected in its packaging.
I ordered 2 hats: 1 available immediately, the other available in 15 days. Not having received the first hat about a week after my order or any information, I sent an email to Traclet. I was told that their principle was to make only one shipment but, if I wished, they could send me the available hat immediately. Concerned about the preservation of our planet, I obviously chose to wait for the 2nd hat to also be available to make only one shipment. This was done within the announced deadlines and I am very satisfied. The purpose of this review is simply to advise Traclet to inform the customer, as soon as an order like mine is placed, that the delivery will be grouped. This will avoid unnecessary questioning about the fate of their order and wasting time contacting the seller. In any case, despite this small remark, I am very satisfied with the hats (2nd order) and the services of Traclet. No hard feelings.
The hat is of good quality. However, it is a lighter brown than in the advertising photo and the one I bought last autumn from Traclet.. I am a bit disappointed because dark brown is classier.
I prefer, for the same price, to buy on this French site than elsewhere, but the browsing experience was not very conclusive.
The choice of color was not practical: the color chart offered colors that were difficult to match with the photographs (Saint Nazaire Moko hat). I had to call the online sales service to ensure that I would receive the correct color, which fortunately was the case, and the person I spoke to was friendly, attentive, and efficient. In short, they just need to improve the presentation of the color choices for this item - (and perhaps for others)

Very good for the hat. It is magnificent. But I did not like paying for the return of the previous hat that did not fit.
THE MARINE CAP HAS DEFORMED DURING TRANSPORT
Very fast delivery BUT: Order of reducer bands of two types: The 3M bands are OK, but the Traclet reducers at 9.45E were replaced by cork bands at 0.35E. Well, in the end, I solved my hat problem, but I am out 18E of my pocket.
Please excuse us if we made a mistake.
We will correct it by sending you both reducers on Monday.

3 hats purchased, none of the sizes are really compliant
I thought I was buying sailor berets and I received pom-poms. The site is misleading.
Good evening, the delivery is dreadful, almost a month to receive the order, plus the delivery person did not want to come up to my apartment even though my building has an elevator. I advise you to stop working with Chronopost, they are awful. I am a person with a motor disability and I had to go pick up the package 3 km from my home by taxi when they could have left the package with the building's caretaker or at the post office at the bottom of my building.
Very disappointed because the site offers customers choices, unfortunately unavailable products. In these cases, suggest what you actually have.

We understand that unavailable products can be frustrating, but normally the system suggests available items; however, some sizes are unavailable, especially at the end of the season.
