when a size does not match the standard, it must be returned at our expense for another model costing the customer 16.40 euros, this is not normal!!

Great product, but I am asked to order a size up from my shoe size. Upon arrival, the hat is one size too big, and the exchange costs are on me... Not happy!

I am delighted, I love my cap and the responsiveness of this site. Only small downside is the stock shortages of certain products

To be recommended especially for large sizes but one must add the quality that is found even in the packaging, even if it can make one smile. Best regards

Good but not enough photos of the inside of the hats. For this hat, I am surprised: light-colored inner band on a black hat??????

Well-made site, diversified ordering methods, exchange possible but not tested. Lots of choices in all sizes at the click, where to find a store that offers that? It would just need a virtual fitting to facilitate the choice. Very fast shipping and the packaging is really careful. I am very satisfied with my purchase at Traclet.
