I ordered this figurine more than a year ago... despite the wait, it arrived very late and without any real explanation... I was browsing the site and I still saw the figurine in pre-order when it should no longer be... it was really tiring because there is no explanation... I had to send requests in order to get the answer to my question.Despite everything, customer service is top, they respond quickly and the exchange of the package is always very well.

HelloWe apologize for the inconvenience. If the figurine was still online with the mention pre-order, it is because it had been postponed by the manufacturer. We are working on a system to notify customers, but it will take time. We also have a forum, accessible to all without registration, which has twice indicated delays in figurines, one of them with an explanation of the delay. We are also always available on social networks: facebook, twitter and insta to answer questions, or via customer service. Sincerely

A parcel that was supposed to be a Christmas present arrived at the end of April (that can happen, no worries) but when we asked for information about the parcel we had the impression that we were bothering them, they replied to us a long time later and in the end once the parcel had been received no co gesture or at least a short note to apologize for the inconvenience and the waiting time. I'm very disappointed by my experience.

Hello,We are very sorry that your experience has been so negative. The pandemic situation has meant that many products have been postponed to a later date. Despite our reminders, we do not always obtain new dates. This is beyond our control. We try to communicate as much as possible about the information we have. There are 2 topics open on our forum (accessible to everyone) explaining the situation, giving new dates when we manage to get them. We change counters whenever possible. We're trying to work on a better communication tool. This takes time. However, we are always available to answer questions, whether via the networks or by contacting us, and we are never bothered to answer. The way a text is written can sometimes be misleading, with people thinking one thing when it's not the case. Our priority is to satisfy our customers. We apologize on behalf of our suppliers for this long delay and we also apologize for this sudden bad experience. Sincerely
