Useful and easy to book. However, the building entry system is badly designed and hard to use - myself and another customer I met there both wasted 10-15 mins trying to get the door open. Locker doors worked well.

At NO time do we impose the number of lockers rented, it is up to you to choose the address, dates and number of lockers before validating and by default the number of lockers is on 1. Terrible experience. The locker was broken, actually sign-posted as broken, and customer support did not answer when we called. We rented from UseBounce instead, which was great, and Citylocker refused to provide a refund. Avoid.

They emphasise their opening and closing time and as it is all automated, don't expect them to wait for 5 minutes additional. It's a great idea and a great service, as you don't have to carry your luggage around with you. On the other hand, it works in situ, but you have to hang on! The buttons aren't very sensitive, and the bios are inaudible. Clearer instructions would be a big plus!
