It was a very clean place and we felt safe leaving our luggage there. The only problem we had was to get into the room. We had some problems opening the door with the code. But in total: we were very happy with booking the locker.

The box was broken and we had to use a lace to keep it closed. The phone for inquires didn't work. Also the vending machine didn't give us the products paid. A bad experience and a waste of time.

Hello Monica, We are sorry that you had a bad experience with one of our locker. However, our hotline is totally reachable to help you when you have a problem with a locker. It's unfortunate that you did not try to call our assistance. Have a good day from the City Locker's team.

It was great. Felt safe since it’s individually locked lockers + they are big enough for a couple carry on suitcases. Door was sticky so at first we thought the code wasn’t working.

We had such a great experience at the Opera CityLocker in Paris. The booking process was easy online. When we arrived, we got in easily and were able to stay our time in the city without our bags while waiting to check in to our hotel. I would use this facility again.

We had to call to receive the codes and to have the locker opened. And to retrieve our belongings, the code to open the locker didn't work either - we also had to send a message.
