Good product but the price is still high.
Too bad the quality-price ratio is not better.

I bought a zipper, but unfortunately it was a bit too big. I had to return it and until today I have received no response and no money back. It's only about 10 euros, but it's pathetic not to be notified if the item has arrived and when I will get my money back.

I am super happy to have been able to repair my coat. The slider being worn out. However, my coat being navy blue, there was no navy slider available.

Not all slider sizes are clearly presented, making the choice difficult. My last order was a fiasco, I had to return the sliders.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong reference. I was refunded and the customer service (very friendly on the phone) helped me find the right reference which allowed me to make a second order that was suitable this time.

I ordered the Clip & Zip closure twice, one was too big, the other too small. I returned both. Over 10 days have passed and I haven't heard anything. No message, no money.

After 19 days, my order still hasn't arrived. I usually order from China and my orders arrive much faster than yours. I am very disappointed.

Although I followed the instructions given to determine the size of the item I was looking for, I ended up with a model that was too small. I am reluctant to place another order for fear of finding myself in this type of situation again. Too bad......

The product I bought did not fit. I would need a size 7 that you do not have. Otherwise, nothing to say. Thank you.
