Hello, We do not offer plastic sliders as they would not be strong enough. All our sliders are made of zinc die-cast. However, we offer sliders for different types of closures: metal, plastic, nylon, or for invisible ones. If you ordered a slider of reference B (for plastic) and received an A (metal) upon delivery, please do not hesitate to request a replacement at this address: [email protected] We specify that for the replacement to be possible, your product must be in perfect condition.
