Response from clip-zip.com
Hello,
We try to provide all the necessary information on our website, we even put a reference card that can be printed and is in real size so that customers can orient themselves in their choice of cursor.
If despite everything the choice becomes complicated we always advise sending an email with a photo of the zipper to be repaired and the exact measurements of its teeth.
We hope to see you again soon for a new order!
Do not hesitate to contact us for any questions regarding the sliders or boxes/handles.
See you soon.

The principle and product are interesting. However, following the instructions to order the product, the received product is too small.
I therefore decided to go to a dealer mentioned on the site. Already their address is different (atout fil paris 12) and moreover they do not have these products

Out of 4 sliders purchased, only one works. I am very disappointed with your product and will never buy again, unless you manage to make your products work on my items...

Not enough information about the product, not enough details on the installation of the zipper. Result not used, returned in the lost delivery pouch 18€ I had not ordered the stop at the bottom of the coat. It's my fault. Too bad
