The zip is very easy to install on the zipper. It's really great not to have to completely change a zipper just for a broken zip. This find is brilliant. Plus, delivery only took a few days. Everything is perfect. I recommend this site

I ordered a gold zipper but received a black one. So I'm still waiting for the gold one for my light jacket and I need a gold zipper.

I notice that the photos accompanying the items are sometimes misleading.
A bag is shown with 2 units, but in fact, the price corresponds to one unit.
A bit expensive in my opinion.

A simple question by email... a simple answer.
No response at all from you. The explanation you thought you had answered my question shows that there is still some potential in the organization.
Customer loyalty is built through relationships - and for that, you need to respond to emails.

No problem ordering. Material received on time. Easy assembly.
However, as a user of this material, the last one installed only worked for 2 years, the previous one for 3 years, which is regrettable

The clip works very well on an old leather jacket. The only downside is that it's difficult to open the clip for installation. Why not send it open?

Excellent, I recommend this site, after my first order I was disappointed because it was impossible to track the order live without the tracking number from the post.
I had to return the slider that did not fit, the refund was immediate.
I had ordered 2 other sliders, one in exchange and another for a work suit, everything arrived as a return order and there I had not made a mistake so no return .. everything went smoothly so I am satisfied and I highly recommend it to save time and money because there is no need to change the whole zipper.

Hello,
Everything went very well except since the return of the product. It seems that I have a credit on my account to order the correct reference but I cannot access it. The email to reset the forgotten password is not reaching me. I don't know how to place my order with the credit.

Hello
Just a note: there is no reference on the packaging so we don't know if it corresponds to the order (here for the ordered dimensions).
Otherwise, fast delivery and correct packaging.
