I received a plastic bag containing only a small piece of red plastic. No zip in the bag! What a bad joke.. I called, left a message with no effect, also an email with no response. I am still waiting. Disappointing site, to be avoided.

The shipment of the order is careful and fast.
We had to return the order because it was not suitable.
The package has been pending for several weeks on the postal tracking, I wanted to contact Clip&Zip by phone and got no response.
I contacted by email and got no response.
Following a bad comment on their Facebook page, I received a response saying that my email was in the spam and had not been seen.
A week later, the refund is made and my package is still pending delivery according to the postal tracking.
I will not complain but it seems quite suspicious to me.
Transparency and process to review.

Very satisfied with my order and also with an exchange. I had difficulties copying and pasting my refund voucher to exchange my item. Regarding the site, it requires a bit too much searching, too many pages to consult for my taste. Apart from that, I am very satisfied with the zippers, which justifies the 5 stars.
