The site is well made but I ordered a sample that arrived broken into 6 pieces. The packaging was very well done with several layers. Perhaps work on the carriers is needed. Nothing to say about the tiling, it is of very good quality and matches the site.

Order was taken care of on the same day, careful and very fast shipping (a few days). I received all the samples I ordered, they matched their description. My doorbell doesn't work: the delivery person called me on my mobile to let me know they were there. Very happy. I will order one of the products for my kitchen. I recommended Comptoir du Cérame to my friends. The products are of excellent quality/price ratio (cheaper than real cement tiles and easier to maintain)

Good. Sample order without any problems. Final order more complicated: difficulty in identifying quantities per box... the equivalent in ordered surface is not recalled on the order/invoice. Just the number of boxes but one is 1 m2 and the other is 0.5m2. Quite difficult to keep track....

The tiles are very beautiful BUT the site gives incorrect dimensions: some tiles advertised as 20x20 are actually 20.5x20.5; the others were supposed to be 1 cm thick but are actually 8mm. We had planned to mix all these tiles so it's impossible. We will do it differently, but it's a shame. Website needs to be reviewed, but very beautiful tiles!
