It has been 10 days since I have been waiting for a response from customer service because I ordered an item and in this box there was a completely broken compact powder. I left a review on Trustpilot which they immediately deleted... I find them unprofessional. After that, I sent at least 5 emails with no response... too bad, I will never buy from this site again, I have no trust at all!
