I received everything well packaged and on time, however i had a problem with a cream eyeshadow that had been unsealed and tested with my finger, but customer service intervened and refunded me for it. all the other eyeshadows were brand new with their original cardboard packaging or brand new and sealed, the prices are very affordable and I'm satisfied with the products and customer service..my only downside is that there's no information on the progress of the parcel between the order and the moment it arrives, so it's a bit stressful, but apart from that the site is serious.I recommend it.
