Customer reviews of Cura naturale

Hello Camille, thank you for your feedback, and we are glad that the Repellent is effective against insects, that's the main thing. A clarification about the spray head: it does indeed diffuse a mist of fine micro-droplets, and not large droplets, it's exactly the same type of diffusion as the old model. As for the container, it was changed precisely because the old one had proven to be too fragile in use.

That said, a dip tube that does not reach the bottom of the bottle and a bottle that deforms are not normal, and your comments are valuable to us in the quality monitoring of this container. For the team to examine your case and propose a solution, please write to us at [email protected] with your order number and if possible a photo of the concerned bottle. We will do what is necessary with you.

Hello Catherine, thank you for your feedback on the Repellent Oil.

For the eye area, two points often make the difference. First, the method: the oil is placed in the palm of the hand and then applied by massaging the entire area well, around the eyes, the muzzle, and the cheeks, covering everything without leaving any untreated parts, as the flies land precisely where the product is lacking, often at the lash line. Then the quantity: it is a dry oil that must penetrate, a slight greasy residue means there is a bit too much, but the essential thing is to cover the entire sensitive area well. The active ingredient works at full effectiveness for a few hours and then decreases, so regular renewal helps maintain protection.

If you wish, write to us at [email protected], we will look together at your application method to ensure the result is there.

Hello Sandrine, thank you for your feedback, and sorry for this wait that may have worried you.

We have just checked the tracking of your package: it has indeed arrived at your pickup point and is waiting for you, ready to be picked up. The delay you noticed is due to the Mondial Relay shipping, independent of the preparation of your order, which left our workshop on time.

Do not hesitate to contact your pickup point, and if any issue persists on site, write to us at [email protected] with your order number, we will follow up with you.

Hello Cyrille, thank you for your feedback, and sorry that the protection did not meet expectations on your horse.

In this type of result, usage plays a big role. The spray repellent should be shaken well before each use, as its formula is biphasic, then sprayed generously and at a short distance to deposit a real layer on the coat, and should be reapplied after each effort, shower, or heavy rain. On the head and the most attacked areas, chest, belly line, inner thigh, the repellent oil takes over with a longer hold.

If the feeling persists despite this, please write to us at [email protected] with your order number, and we will look into your situation together.
