Not satisfied at all for an order two separate shipments for a single tracking link. Fortunately, Jean Charles Leroy was responsive to my email when I asked where the rest of the order was. I would think twice if I were to place an order with you again.

The material is great, but they put a large carbon landing net in a box 2.5m long and 20 cm square, into which they added 5 packs of 4kg boilies. As a result, a long and heavy box that was crushed during transport, and I received a new broken landing net at the handle and arms. All this just to avoid using two different boxes. Poor management, lack of control, employment of idiots, I don't know, but the result is there.

Hello, just like my other orders, I am completely satisfied with this one!!!! The products are perfect and correspond exactly to my order, however the giant corn bag and 2 out of 4 bags of pellets burst during transport. The transport box was damaged and even perforated from underneath, thank you Mondial Relay.

I have placed my order and if I want to see when it will be shipped, I cannot do that unless I create an account on their website. I find this unfair. You should not force me to create an account with you. If you had indicated this at the beginning, I would have decided whether to place an order or not, but now it is too late for me!

I ordered 3 bags of primers, 1 bags cracked at the weld on almost all the length 😢 .the cartons were not damaged is it the problem of the deliveryman or a defect of welding of the plastic.... The packaging should be more reinforced especially on the bottom of the bags!!!
Order placed and invoiced for France for transport, delivery requested to my home, the 3 parcels arrived in a Mondial Relay point 40 km from my home, so 80 km round trip, the carrier did not come to my home, no notice of passage, nor call or message, I sent an email to the merchant, for 1 week, no return or response, I do not recommend.
