Very disappointed, because my package was delivered after 2 weeks and I am missing 1 item.
Very long lead times, over 10 days, even though several of the items ordered were "express" ...
Delivery received not in conformity with the order (item less expensive than the one paid for!) no reply to complaint emails, as a regular customer I have seen the quality of service drop enormously, for me it's over.

First it was sent by post and then they strike I send a message if it could be sent by someone else then the answer was no it's already at the post and then when the post doesn't strike anymore it is sent by you with gls then you can't even send the right number how I can track my package never again will I order anything with you

I didn't receive the right order even though I was fishing a few days later, so I'm very disappointed.
I have received a completely different product and when informed the company about the issue they have never reacted back. Very disappointing customer service level without a professional approach.

Disastrous Mondial Relay delivery. Carton ripped off and glued back together with schotch. When I opened it, the amoce bag was punctured, and inside was a primer bag in a Mondial Relay bag. The 2 boxes of babycorn shattered and a part in powder. Unacceptable. I've never received a parcel so damaged and re-taped in such a way with so much damage.
The delivery man dropped the package off all smashed up and left without waiting for anything.

Hello, I was very disappointed with the trout rod I bought from you. The equipment was very fragile and the rod broke when I did some dry ironing in a river. I don't know if I can be compensated?

Big problem with the DPD deliveryman because he does not deliver to the customer as requested on the order so as not to waste time, he drops everything off at the relay point but it has been closed for several days so how do I get my parcel back?

Catastrophic delivery service!!!! Order placed on Sunday 27/08/23 (I specify well that on the site it says delivery 48h we are Monday 04/09/23 I was to be delivered today yet again nothing ... Maybe I'll have Christmas ... Really recommend this site !!!!

Preparation and dispatch on time. Parcel arrived at the depot 2km from my home. It took GLS 9 days to deliver. As this is not the 1st time I've had delivery problems, would it be possible to have the choice of another carrier for home delivery? Like dpd or dhl for example Thank you.
