Hello, A little disappointed because the spring under the clamp that holds the hook is twisted and therefore its operation is null.
Deconinck no problem, but the carrier was not able to deliver my order because ...I don't know). The Deconinck customer service was able to send me back my order as soon as possible ...satisfied overall

Incompetent delivery service Delivery 4 days later knowing that we were asked to make an appointment for delivery on Thursday morning. A sms was sent to warn us that they could not deliver and I made an appointment for another delivery on Friday to finish my order and arrive on Saturday at 1pm.
