I was sent an item that I didn't order! Not what I ordered!

On 3 orders 2 had problems the first I did not receive there right size of lure and have some that are missing then the second it was and the third have more than a week's delay and I ordered a rod of 230 cm I received a 110 that finish this store

Incompetent delivery service Delivery 4 days later knowing that we were asked to make an appointment for delivery on Thursday morning. A sms was sent to warn us that they could not deliver and I made an appointment for another delivery on Friday to finish my order and arrive on Saturday at 1pm.

Very good 'just the port' quite expensive 35%.

Site not serious sending of defective equipment, I warned by mail the problem to the seller but it did not see fit to answer me so 40 € for nothing

Unfortunately I received the lure but the size d under, I sent an email for the problem and never got a response or even an apology. To be avoided.

The delivery time was not respected I had paid for a delivery in 24 48 hours I placed the order on April 30 I received my package on May 14 I have not even been refunded just a credit of the shipping costs

I have already ordered one week ago and I still haven't received my coli even though it was supposed to be delivered within 24/47H

Order of boilies carp package received open cardboard crushed bait inside I contact the store that tells me they can not do anything asks me the photo and tell me they will make a gesture on the next order bait being damaged I repasse an order the same day and the gesture I'm still waiting thank you for your sincerity and your serious not top at all
