The flowers were not delivered on Sunday morning as planned but still satisfied.
As I was unable to attend the funeral, I would have appreciated receiving a photo of my purchase. So I can't comment on this experience.
The other years I received the photo showing the plant on the grave without any specific request and there was more choice of Toussaint plants. I'm sorry, but I don't think I'll be using your services again. Sincerely

The rather plain bouquet, composed mainly of carnations, was very different from the composition proposed on the site.
The bouquet received was not the one ordered. Beautiful bouquet that said but I really wanted to offer the one paid for because of its colors and floral harmony.
