Hello, we ordered natural wooden chocalhos and not black ones. Moreover, one of them was scratched. We kept them because we need them quickly. But still disappointed. Delivery okay

Hello, it is imperative to write to us directly upon receipt of the package, if there was an error we can modify it immediately and find a solution quickly. For this order, we sent the chocalhos directly from the supplier, we did not see the package and its contents. After research (to find the error) we found that it was a reference error (inversion) that caused you to receive black chocalhos instead of natural wood ones. We deduce that there is a problem with the carrier. We managed to locate the package and at the same time we were able to fulfill this order. The thickness of a skin is always delicate. For us, it's thick and for you it may be 'normal'; a medium can be considered thin according to our standards.
