Djoliba's attention is always great, both in the preparation of the package and in the shipping, I was surprised that the package was very damaged externally and closed on the side with tape from the French postal service, the instrument was not damaged. I imagine the problem occurred when the package was already in the courier's hands.

It took time to get our order. 5 months :) because it was not available it seems. However, with every email or call, we were listened to, the people responded, tried to understand... in short, what we ask of a "partner" in work. So Djoliba remains for us a serious and above all human company. Best regards, Florence Batucazik Association

Response from Djoliba
No worries about the return. Don't forget that the cactus is a natural element and can therefore grow crooked ;) : not necessarily straight. Please feel free to give us details before delivery so that we can make the selection based on your comments and wishes. Without any information from the customer, we send what we have in stock prioritizing the sound.
