The parcel was well and quickly received, a quality product. However, my question concerning the maintenance of the guembri and whether you have products to do this remained unanswered. Yet you emphasize your role as an advisor for musical instruments. Thank you in any case for the prompt and careful dispatch of the guembri cover.

The order took over a fortnight to arrive. In the end, I had to send part of it back because the timbao was dented. This was unfortunate, especially as I wanted to use a regional store and avoid ordering via Thomann or Woodbrass. I'm still waiting for my money back.
Translated reviews
Response from Djoliba
Hello Mr Leyri,

You placed an order for several items, two of which were unfortunately out of stock. We informed you of the additional delay this would entail. Therefore, I do not understand the source of your dissatisfaction since you were informed of this situation.

You received the timba damaged in transit, for which we are truly sorry. Unfortunately, this type of incident is beyond our control.

We've been shipping orders for 25 years and, despite our experience, problems with transport or item availability do occur. It happens, even with Thomann or Woodbrass, who had no stock available for timba. It's important not to jump to conclusions that don't reflect the day-to-day reality of a small company like ours.

Have a nice day,

Musically,

Kristof

Response from Djoliba
Hello Véronique,
We were surprised to receive your message.
We would like to inform you that we have an after-sales service team that is at your service and that works very well.
It is therefore not necessary for you to write this kind of comment on the reviews platform.
You can write to us at [email protected] to let us know about the problem, and we'll be happy to resolve it without delay.
We'd just like to remind you that these are natural seeds, so they're not exactly the same shape and size.
As for the rope, it will soften over time.
Even so, if you're not satisfied with the item, we can, of course, exchange them for you. All you have to do is call our after-sales service.
Leaving us a bad review won't solve the situation.
We wish you an excellent day.
