Parcel arrived 3 days after the order for 6 to 9 days announced which can cause problems for people who move a lot like me for example. Fortunately the parcel fit in the letterbox.

It would be nice to offer shipping discounts. I ordered 2 spools out of sequence because the 6 mm rope product was not available. Once it was available online, I reordered and it's a shame to have to pay the full shipping cost from us. Otherwise, thank you Djoliba for the quality of your products.
