The delivery was made to a different pickup point than the one that was indicated to me, but I quickly received the details of the new one. Furthermore, the delivery was fast.

Product conforms to the order, received within the expected timeframe in good condition. Still to assess the longevity of the product.

Great, the new doctibike equivalent of my Bosch battery is even more powerful. You just have to be careful to click it in. It requires a bit more attention, so very good advice for the new reference and very fast delivery after my order. Thank you very much.

Product not compliant with the photo and despite returning the package, it was necessary to fill out a form again to get a refund and the refund delay is quite long

Response from Doctibike
Hello
We are sorry to hear that your experience with us did not meet your expectations. As this is a technical item, we always recommend contacting our customer service by email before ordering to validate your specifications.
Regarding the refund, we do not understand your comment: no form was requested from you and the transaction was initiated as soon as your package was received in our warehouse. Once validated by us, the time it takes to appear in your account depends solely on the interbank delays of your own institution, which we have no control over.
We remain at your disposal by email to follow up if necessary.
Best regards,
E

Very serious company. 2nd battery ordered 1 year apart. We dealt with the same very professional and competent person. Answered all our questions, which were numerous, before our 1st purchase. For the 2nd purchase, the product was not available but we had a delivery time indicated. The delivery actually took place earlier. The tests correspond to the indications. We are very satisfied and recommend this company to everyone.
