After two months of searching and contacting stores and repair workshops, I was losing hope of finding a repairer in Lyon capable of diagnosing the failure of my Brose-powered Douze V2 cargo bike. Doctibike pulled me out of the rut. Luckily they were there! They did an excellent job... and my bike is back on the road. The wait times are a bit long, but I believe that's not their fault. I will call on them when it's time for the battery to show signs of weakness.
