Very good except for the shipping costs charged twice because of 2 items but they were delivered at the same time in the same package!!

Hello, I have received the requested package but in fact it is the same mask that I already had in transparent silicone while I thought I was buying a new model.

Very good administrative follow-up. Quite fast delivery. Unfortunately, the mask does not suit me. The adjustable straps stick out from the mask, which is unfortunately very uncomfortable at night.

Heating mask for the eyes CHAUCLINE USB44: this mask is very simple to use, lightweight, compact, easy to store in its case, it fulfills its function with three temperature options. Too bad the plug is not included in the pack and the manual is poorly translated.

Satisfied, but the button with the temperatures is positioned too far from the mask, which forces one to contort to reach it.
