I was a bit upset at first because I only received one of the two masks I ordered, but after contacting the company the next morning, they phoned me and immediately sent me the missing mask. I suggest that the products sent are well protected, because the deliverers are not careful and the second mask arrived in a parcel that was partly crushed and the box containing the mask was damaged. Fortunately the mask was undamaged and works very well. Thank you for all your advice on your site and the follow-up by text message.

The mask is fine, but the cleansing discs are too greasy (I-lid'N lash) and you have to wipe your eyelids with a Kleenex afterwards, which isn't very practical! I regret buying the cleansing discs.

Don't wipe off the hyaluronic acid; on the contrary, let it be fully absorbed by your skin for maximum moisturizing effect.
the hyaluronic acid in these wipes is medical-grade, which can make a difference compared with less moisturizing cosmetic hyaluronic acids.

The shipment is announced by the post office and is delivered to a relay point without any tracking.!14 euros in shipping costs to still have to pick it up 🙃The cables are very bulky and the velcro catches the hair. The piece of canvas "rolls" and is too wide and the mask could be wider and better encompass the eyes...

The product lives up to my expectations, but the instructions, which advise you to wait until the mask has warmed up before using it, seem to me to be wrong, as the device cools immediately once it has not been powered. I think that for effective use, it should be worn while it is warming up, what do you think?

Hello,
the mask must remain plugged in to operate. It does not contain a battery and is therefore not autonomous.
We advise you to wait a few minutes (2 or 3) before putting it on your eyelids to allow it to warm up.
