Hello, You placed your order on a Saturday, but we ship orders from Monday to Friday. Therefore, your order was shipped the next business day, Monday. In the meantime, Mondial Relay also experienced a delay due to a problem in their sorting center, which means that your order arrived at their facility on Monday but could only be processed the next day or the day after, causing the delivery delay to you. Hello, Your order placed on a Wednesday was shipped from our warehouse the next business day, which is Thursday. The delivery time for France is 48 to 72 business hours.
