Hello, I don't know how to tell you, but I'll try to make myself understood... So far, I don't know if the bouquet I ordered has been delivered, because despite the fact that I took pictures of the bouquet proposed on your site, and also of the bouquet and the bouquet presented that day at the church, although photographed stealthily just before the ceremony, and in the church ... we were three to get closer to see better, but three also to ask us the same question, namely : Was it or was it not the bouquet we had ordered? Contrary to the other wreaths presented and which had on the top, large ribbons written in very large red or gold characters, we could not read the small label which seemed to have been hung on the bouquet which we thought was ours and which was written in very small characters, and illegible in the half-light of the church... At the cemetery, where the wreath had been taken care of by the undertakers, we were also too far away to see anything about this enigmatic wreath... But we were comforted and reassured in the idea that it was indeed ours and that it was rather the fact of having made this gesture to the bereaved family that counted... Thank you again for your great availability and for your very interesting and practical site.
Your symphony wreath was delivered as scheduled for the ceremony. You seem to be saddened that you were unable to read the message card from afar, but it was included in your order. The message card can not be huge to be seen from afar, it is to address a message to the family, you should have ordered a mourning ribbon if you wanted to have a visible message. When I ordered the flowers they stated that they would be delivered the next morning (the recipient’cs birthday). They weren’t delivered until the following afternoon.
