I ordered a protective cushion with plastic attachments and straps provided, but the attachments break one after the other. I am disappointed with the quality of the product.

For spare parts for trampolines, the price is really too high, and the relative satisfaction mainly comes from the packaging. Too much plastic to throw away when it could be replaced by cardboard or paper and in a smaller volume... For the rest, the trampoline is great, an excellent investment for the children, and of very good quality.

Super super what else to say. We ordered a zip line with a harness. Upon receipt, there was only one carabiner. The person at reception was very kind and professional which is rare these days. We received the carabiner 3 days later. Well done
