I bought a Liteway Biggy backpack for almost €300, which cracked on the very first day of use, not at all durable... I contacted customer service twice by email and once by phone, who offered me nothing and indicated that this is the first time they have a complaint about this product and that they are informing their supplier without giving me any return deadline. I was ready to return the item, but this solution was not considered at this stage... to be continued and it's up to me to wait...
To rectify the situation, we have just refunded the item to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 5 business days to appear in your account.
If the backpack is still in your possession, let us know and we will guide you on how to return it. We are of course available if you would like an alternative or advice for a more suitable model.

Excellent opinion about Liofilizados & Co. The worst part was the delivery of the package which took almost 3 weeks to arrive. SEUR very bad. I had to call repeatedly to find out what the problem was. Regards.

I sent a message to indicate that one of the received bags arrived open. I did not want to return just one bag. I asked for a proposal (a commercial gesture for example). No response except for an automatic type message that did not take my request into account. I would have appreciated talking to a real person and being taken into consideration. Currently, my problem is still not resolved.
