I had a problem with the DPD deliveryman, who is probably the worst of all in Belgium, but lyophilisé quickly resolved the problem and I thank them for that.

The service at the relay depot was not up to scratch I had to insist that my parcel be available and this took too long Insist in the future that the parcel be delivered more quickly
