The shipping takes longer than what it says on the web when you make the purchase (I haven't received it yet) and you can't track it on the courier's website. I needed it for this weekend and it has caused me problems.

It says free delivery and at the time of payment there was a 6 euro charge.

Delivery on time. Package a little large for its contents but recycled cardboard, good idea! However, very disappointed with the volume of packaging for the "sea to summit" products.
