Always satisfied with the service, the delivery care and the website, which is quite clear. The only "reproach" I would make is the notice on the products which is requested much too early. I was quite disappointed with a dried meat and I couldn't give a proper comment because I ate it a few months after ordering and the request was closed.

Thank you for your feedback, yes indeed, the reviews are sent after ordering and the link has a lifetime. That said, you can always send them to us by e-mail team(at)lyophilise.com. We'll need a username of your choice, the product reference (code or full name on the invoice) and your review, as well as a rating between 1 and 5. We'll take care of entering it on our site. The Lyo team will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

This is not the first time I have ordered from them and so far so good. Packages arrive quickly ???? And the contents are always top-notch. The only remark I can make is to improve the packaging with recyclable materials:)
